Democrats held a noontime rally at Town Committee headquarters Saturday during the final weekend of campaigning on behalf of Mayor O’Brien and the Democratic slate.
At stake on Tuesday are all elected municipal offices except for Registrar of Voters as residents will vote in newly-formed wards since redistricting took effect in 2012. The polls are open from 6 am to 8 pm. The Democratic voter info and ride line is 860-505-8901 or e-mail newbritaindemocrat@gmail.com

Governor Nancy Wyman, Attorney General George Jepsen, Comptroller Kevin Lembo, State Treasurer Denise Nappier and State Party Executive Director Jonathan Harris joined volunteers from the Town Committee and labor organizations for a final push to get out the vote.
